This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through geostore.in. This policy applies to orders placed through GEO Store, where products are sold by independent sellers listed on our platform.
You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the item.

Refund processing is handled by the respective seller or GEO Store, depending on the product and seller agreement.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
The respective seller will arrange a replacement or refund based on the approved return request at no additional cost to you.
If the return is due to an error by the respective seller (wrong item sent, defective product), the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
